Q1: When was AnAn founded? Registered capital & employees?
AnAn was founded in 2008. Our registered capital is RMB 315 million. We have 1,239 employees and our own factory area covers 117,000 square meters.
 
Q2: What certifications do you hold?
We hold ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety), and ISO 50001 (energy management), plus IATF 16949, GRS, SATRA, and ISCC certifications, and REACH Certificated.
 
Q3: What is your production capacity & lead time?
We have production bases in China, Vietnam, and Indonesia. In China alone, annual dry-processing capacity exceeds 100 million yards, with monthly shipments reaching 3 million yards. Lead time: 7-10 days for stock orders, 15-20 days for custom orders. MOQ starts from 300 meters.
 
Q4: How do you ensure quality consistency?
We operate SATRA-accredited laboratories in both China and Vietnam. Every batch is tested for physical properties, including abrasion resistance, tensile strength, hydrolysis aging, etc., as well as chemical safety complying with REACH/RoHS standards.
 
Q5: Any overseas factories? How global supply?
Yes, we have production facilities in Vietnam and Indonesia. With multi-base coordination and overseas warehouse reserves.
 
Q6: Which brands do you work with? Repurchase rate?

Some international brands cannot be displayed due to licensing issues.

Q7: What customization options?
We offer full OEM/ODM customization: color matching (Pantone or customer sample), thickness from 0.3 to 2.4 mm, surface textures (smooth, fine grain, medium grain, coarse grain, glossy, suede-like), various backing fabrics, standard width of 54 inches or custom, and finishing processes including printing, embossing, water repellent treatment, and more.
