MYCOSKIN is an innovative bio-based microfiber material that combines recycled nylon, polyurethane, bio-based content, and mycelium-derived components within a refined microfiber structure. Developed as one of our key bio-based materials, MYCOSKIN 2.0 increases the total bio-based content to over 10%, with bio-based elements incorporated into both the coating and substrate.

The material features a distinctive collection of natural organic textures inspired by cork, reed stems, fine tree bark, and fruit skins. Its silky silicon-touch finish creates a smooth, soft, and premium tactile experience, adding a sophisticated natural character to the surface.

With 35–45% Re-Nylon, 40–50% PU, 10–12% bio-based content, and 2–4% mycelium, MYCOSKIN combines the established performance of microfiber with an innovative material concept. With a thickness of 1.3 ± 0.1 mm and a weight of 580–680 g/m², it is suitable for footwear, handbags, fashion accessories, furniture, and other applications seeking distinctive textures and more sustainable material solutions.

AnAn was founded in 2008. Our registered capital is RMB 315 million. We have 1,239 employees and our own factory area covers 117,000 square meters.

We hold ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety), and ISO 50001 (energy management), plus IATF 16949, GRS, SATRA, and ISCC certifications, and REACH Certificated.
 
Q3: What is your production capacity & lead time?
We have production bases in China, Vietnam, and Indonesia. In China alone, annual dry-processing capacity exceeds 100 million yards, with monthly shipments reaching 3 million yards. Lead time: 7-10 days for stock orders, 15-20 days for custom orders. MOQ starts from 300 meters.
 
Q4: How do you ensure quality consistency?
We operate SATRA-accredited laboratories in both China and Vietnam. Every batch is tested for physical properties, including abrasion resistance, tensile strength, hydrolysis aging, etc., as well as chemical safety complying with REACH/RoHS standards.
 
Q5: Any overseas factories? How global supply?
Yes, we have production facilities in Vietnam and Indonesia. With multi-base coordination and overseas warehouse reserves.
